Cancellation & Refund Policy — Farmory

1. Overview

At Farmory we want you to be happy with every order. This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled for purchases made on Farmory.

2. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it ships via your Farmory account or by contacting Customer Support.

  • If the order has already shipped, please follow the Returns process below.

3. Returns & Refunds (Perishable / Food items)

  • Farmory offers a 7-day return/return window for eligible products if you are not satisfied. Eligible items must be returned in original condition, unopened (unless damaged), and within the return window. farmory.in

  • For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll either arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product (or after we confirm a delivery/damage claim). Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-returnable / Ineligible Items

  • Certain items (e.g., opened food/consumables, perishable goods past use-by date) may be ineligible for return unless damaged or defective on receipt.

  • If an item is non-returnable, we will clearly state that on the product page.

5. Cancellation & No-show Fees (for pre-order / subscription services)

  • For pre-orders or subscription orders, cancellations made before the cut-off are free. Late cancellations may be treated as standard orders and refunded per the Returns policy. (Check the specific product or subscription terms at checkout.)

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Sign into your Farmory account → Orders → Select order → Click Return/Report an Issue.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect), Farmory will cover the return shipping.

  • If you are returning by choice (change of mind) and return is accepted, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically reach the customer within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

9. Policy Changes

Farmory reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be posted here with the updated date.
